We at 360FITNESS have preeminent training hourly sessions of Workout Patterns. A single workout batch consists of warm up followed up by core exercises and stretching at the end. Exercise at our Gym are done by keeping in mind body structure, type and weight are studied of male and female before allotting the type and amount of exercise.
